One of the 4C values is transparency, therefore, we want to mention that the requirement is for you to start out in a Service Desk Technician role. It is a high pressure and challenging environment, and you will be required to learn, understand, and process a lot of information in a short period of time. This will equip and enable you to be promoted to our Solutions Engineer role which is why we are embarking on this graduate recruitment drive.
What you need to qualify for the role? A BCom or BSc degree and preferably an Honours degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics or Computer Science. You should be well versed and clued up in current and future tech, be willing to learn with a go-getter attitude.
